There are lots of opportunities to sponsor elements of the IKIC Big Challenge competition, which gives budding entrepreneurs the chance to set up and run their own business, with the help of a mentor and £25 investment!
Becoming a sponsor of the Big Challenge competition will give local businesses prominent recognition at the IKIC Big Challenge Awards Evening and, depending on the level of sponsorship, there could also be opportunities for recognition in press releases. Delegates at the Awards Evening include local business leaders and entrepreneurs, young people and their families, schools and colleges, further education providers and local elected members.
The IKIC Big Challenge is runs throughout the academic year and peaks with a dragons den style pitch competition of the best 16 businesses, who are celebrated at a gala Awards Evening. Prizes are awarded for categories such as most innovative business and best business pitch as well as winners in each age category and the title of IKIC Barnsley Big Challenge 2016’s Best Overall Business.
