Customer Advisor Apprenticeship with GI Group

Location: Dearne Valley

Hours: when trained, rotational shift between 8:00am – 11:00pm.

Pay: £15,000 per annum.

Details: You will receive 2 weeks induction training, 6 weeks job training in a simulated environment and then start an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service when you begin “Live” calls.  Once “Live” you will be in a team of 6 and supervised by an experienced team leader. For the Sky Customer Service and Retention team, no cold calling.
